„Just shoot me“- Amphibian Ark Photography Contest

This year Amphibian Ark is running photographic competition for the best amphibian photos. The competition is open to every photographer worldwide, and every competitor may enter as many photos as he wishes. Amphibian Ark will use the best amphibian photos for producing an amphibian calendar for 2012.
A panel of judges will select the twelve best images in each category that are to be used in the calendar, with the overall winner featuring on the front cover. Except a copy of the calendar winners will also receive special “amphibian” prizes. Additionally, amongst the twelve winning entries, at least one photo will also be selected as the best image in each of the following categories: “In the wild”, “In captivity” and “Youth”.
The entries for the competition must be submitted online before April 30, 2011.
Proceeds will be used to assist Amphibian Ark conservation programs which are saving threatened amphibians.
